Elevate your turkey burger with cranberries, brie, and rosemary for a gourmet twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice white bread, torn into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 medium red onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven and position the rack 6 inches below the heat source.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash together white bread, garlic, and boiling water using a fork. Add turkey, red onion, cranberries, Brie, rosemary, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
  • Broil until perfectly cooked, about 6 minutes per side, ensuring the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to confirm internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
