Turkey and Swiss Biscuit Sliders

Impress your guests with delicious Thanksgiving turkey biscuit sliders featuring seasonal flavors and cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese (3/4 oz each), cut into quarters (6 oz)
  • 12 oz deli sliced turkey
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Divide the dough into 8 biscuits and cut each in half crosswise to create 2 pieces. Flatten each piece into a 5x2 1/2-inch rectangle. Lay a slice of cheese on one side of each rectangle. Distribute the turkey evenly among the biscuits, layering it on top of the cheese. Add a second slice of cheese on each. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of cranberry sauce onto each biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling without sealing it, then arrange them in a 4 by 4 layout on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
  • Bake until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, about 25 to 30 minutes.
