Revamp your turkey dinner with a deliciously slow-cooked twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium stalk celery, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 2- to 2 1/2-pound boneless, skinless turkey breast half, thawed if frozen
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) roasted turkey gravy
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • 1 package (6 ounces) turkey-flavor one-step stuffing mix
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slow cooker by greasing it with cooking spray. Add onion and celery to the cooker, followed by the turkey breast half. Pour the gravy and sherry on top, then cover everything with the dry stuffing.
  • Cook the turkey covered on low heat for 6 to 7 hours, or until the center is no longer pink.
  • Remove the turkey from the cooker about 15 minutes before serving and place it on a cutting board. Mix the stuffing and cooking juices together. Cover and let it stand for 10 minutes. Slice the turkey and serve with the stuffing.
