Savory turkey meatloaf muffins with crispy crust for individual portions, ending end piece battles.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Mix together ground turkey, sharp Cheddar cheese, diced onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until fully combined.
  • Use a large ice cream scoop to transfer the turkey mixture into the muffin tin.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
