Savory turkey sausage balls with Cheddar, steak seasoning, and fennel seeds - just add a baking mix for an easy and flavorful dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
  • 2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine sausage, Cheddar cheese, steak seasoning, and fennel seeds in a large bowl by hand. Add half of the baking mix and mix well, then incorporate the remaining baking mix. Roll mixture into 1-tablespoon sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
