Turkey sausage breakfast casserole with low-fat cheddar and croissants.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey sausage
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large deep skillet, brown the turkey sausage over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain, crumble, and then set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine eggs, green onions, hash browns, milk, Cheddar cheese, and cooked sausage in a large bowl, then transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Let the oven work its magic for 1 hour.
