Quick and easy turkey sliders with deli meat, ideal for any occasion. Black pepper turkey adds extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish, drained
  • 8 dill pickle slices
  • 8 thin slices deli turkey, halved
  • 8 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally using a serrated knife, then set the tops aside.
  • Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl. Spread the dressing on the bottom buns and top with a pickle slice.
  • Place a half slice of turkey on each bun, fold to fit. Add Swiss cheese, folding or cutting to fit, then place the remaining half slices of turkey on top. Finally, place the bun tops on the sandwiches.
  • Arrange the sliders on the baking sheet. Combine melted butter and Worcestershire, then brush the buns with the mixture and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Cover with foil.
  • Place in the preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt, for 12 to 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until buns turn golden, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes before serving warm.
