Marinated turkey tenderloins with soy, Dijon, and rosemary, broiled for a delicious twist on traditional turkey.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 pound turkey tenderloins
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and fresh rosemary in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add the tenderloins, making sure they are coated with the marinade. Remove any excess air from the bag and seal it tightly. Allow the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours, giving the bag a shake every now and then.
  • Position an oven rack about 4 inches away from the heat source and preheat the broiler.
  • Take out the tenderloins from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and transfer them onto a rack in a broiler pan. Dispose of any leftover marinade.
  • Place the tenderloins in the preheated oven and broil for 10 minutes until golden brown. Flip them over and continue to broil for an additional 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
