Indulge in a savory Italian turkey lasagna, loaded with gooey cheese, tender sweet peas, and earthy mushrooms, all topped off with crispy Progresso® bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (12 oz)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 jars (16 oz each) Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • 1 cup frozen baby sweet peas, thawed
  • 1 jar (6 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 cup Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Prepare noodles according to package instructions. While noodles cook, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of Italian cheese, milk, Italian seasoning, and egg in a medium bowl.
  • Spread a layer of 1 cup of Alfredo sauce in baking dish. Place 4 noodles on top. Layer with 1 cup of ricotta mixture, 1 cup of turkey, 1/2 cup of peas, half of the mushrooms, and 1 cup of Italian cheese. Add another layer of 1 cup of Alfredo sauce. Place 4 more noodles on top and repeat the layers. Finish with the last layer of 4 noodles. Spoon the remaining 2 cups of Alfredo sauce over the noodles. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the lasagna.
  • Bake covered for 40 minutes. Then, uncover and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until noodles are tender and lasagna is bubbly. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
