Create decadent chocolate bites with just 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 63.13 gm thickened cream
  • 400g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 x 55g chocolate-coated Turkish delight bars, finely chopped
  • 50g white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt half of the dark chocolate with the cream. Microwave at 50% power for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute until smooth. Let it cool for 15 minutes, then mix in the Turkish delight. Chill in the refrigerator, covered, for 3 to 4 hours until set.
  • Prepare a tray with baking paper. Shape heaping teaspoons of Turkish delight mixture into balls and place them on the tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Place the rest of the dark chocolate in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) without a cover, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes smooth. Dip the truffles in the melted chocolate using a fork, then shake off any excess. Put them back on the tray and refrigerate until they are firm.
  • Put white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon until melted and smooth. Transfer chocolate to a zipper-lock bag, snip off a corner, and pipe over truffles. Chill until firm. Serve.
