Turtle Cheesecake Cereal Nachos

Ingredients:
  • 5 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese (half of 8-oz package), softened
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper. Spread the cereal in a single layer on the pan, then top with pecan halves and chocolate chips. Bake for 3 minutes.
  • Combine the cream cheese and 1 teaspoon of dulce de leche in a small bowl. Transfer the mixture to a small resealable plastic bag, seal it, and set aside.
  • Transfer the leftover dulce de leche to a small resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and cut off a small corner. Drizzle the dulce de leche over the cereal mixture. Bake for 3 minutes.
  • Snip a small corner of the sweetened cream cheese bag and generously drizzle it over the cereal mixture. Enjoy right away.
