Decadent cheesecake with Coco Puffs cereal crust, caramel sauce, glazed pecans, and dark chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crushed Cocoa Puffs™ brownie crunch cereal
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Caramel sauce
  • Glazed pecans
  • Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crushed cereal and melted butter in a medium bowl until cereal is coated. Press mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs, vanilla, and salt until well combined. Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish and evenly spread it using a rubber spatula.
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from oven and cool for about 1 hour. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Cut the dessert into 12 servings and place them on plates. Drizzle caramel sauce, sprinkle glazed pecans and dark chocolate chips on each serving. Refrigerate before serving.
