Quick and easy lasagna: Simmer seasoned ground beef in savory sauce, layer with noodles and cheese. Ready in a flash!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound ground beef
  • 2 packets dry spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry mushroom gravy mix
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
  • 1 (16 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large, deep skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  • Heat spaghetti sauce mix, mushroom gravy mix, tomato paste, water, and oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Stir in ground beef, lower heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Create a delicious lasagna by alternating layers of noodles, sauce, and cheese in a 9x13 inch baking dish, finishing with a final cheese layer on top.
  • Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes to bake.
