Delicious layered salad with peas, celery, bell peppers, Cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon. Customize with carrots, eggs, mushrooms, sprouts, and cucumbers for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 0.5 cup frozen green peas, thawed and drained
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
Instructions:
  • Arrange lettuce, celery, bell peppers, onions, peas, mayonnaise, sugar, and cheese in a large clear bowl. Sprinkle bacon bits evenly over the top of the salad.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours before enjoying.
