Delicious gluten-free cornbread made with cornmeal and millet flour, a delightful surprise for all!
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup millet flour
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vinegar. Fold in cornmeal, millet flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven for 16 to 20 minutes, then allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
