Ingredients:
  • 400g pkt Ultimate 40% Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Ice cream, just softened
  • Rainbow sprinkles, to serve
  • Shredded coconut, to serve
  • Grated chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Add a lavish scoop of ice cream onto 1 cookie, then sandwich with another cookie.
  • Coat the ice cream sandwich edges with your choice of rainbow sprinkles, shredded coconut, or grated chocolate. Repeat the process with additional cookies, ice cream, and toppings as desired.
