Indulge in a heavenly chocolate Mars bar treat you can't resist.
Ingredients:
  • 5 x 53g Mars bars, coarsely chopped
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) golden syrup
  • 140g (4 cups) rice bubbles
  • 200g milk chocolate, melted
  • 3 x 53g Mars bars, extra, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper, making sure to leave extra on the sides for easy lifting.
  • Combine chopped Mars bars, butter, and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Mix in the rice bubbles, then spread evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Spread the luscious milk chocolate over the slice, ensuring a perfectly smooth surface. Adorn with slices of decadent Mars bars. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into delightful pieces and enjoy.
