Indulge in a gourmet beef burger with melted cheese, sweet beetroot, tangy pickles, and crispy onions.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 12.20 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 20.80 gm tomato sauce
  • 500g pkt No Added Hormones Beef Thyme & Parsley Burgers
  • 4 slices tasty cheese
  • 4 Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 125g can beetroot slices, drained
  • 12 pickle slices, drained
  • Oven-baked chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, marinate the onion in vinegar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until the onion softens, then drain.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce in a small bowl.
  • Preheat a greased barbecue plate or large frying pan over high heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes until golden underneath. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Place cheese on top of each patty and cook for another 2 minutes until patties are cooked through.
  • Place the bun bases on serving plates and generously spread with the delicious mayonnaise mixture. Layer with crisp lettuce, juicy burger patties, flavorful beetroot, tangy onion, and crunchy pickle. Finish with the bun tops and serve with a side of crispy chips.
