Try a delicious twist on pizza with a cheesy hamburger bake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 jars (14 oz each) pizza sauce
  • 1 package (6 oz) diced pepperoni
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend (6 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef, onion, and bell pepper in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is fully cooked; then drain excess fat.
  • Combine the pizza sauce, pepperoni, and olives in a saucepan. Heat until the mixture is hot. Transfer the mixture into a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish without greasing it.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until well blended. Pour the mixture evenly over the pepperoni mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
