Indulge in this refreshing and nutritious beverage for pure enjoyment!
Ingredients:
  • 2 chai and vanilla teabags
  • 62.50 gm boiling water
  • 250.00 ml reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 250.00 ml ice cubes
  • Ground cinnamon, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine teabags and boiling water in a heatproof jug. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard teabags. Allow the tea to cool completely.
  • Smoothly blend yoghurt, vanilla, ice cubes, and tea mixture until creamy. Pour into chilled glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
