Protein-packed pancakes made with Greek yogurt for a flavorful and energizing breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 2 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • Butter and maple syrup for serving
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Pour the yogurt mixture into a large bowl with Bisquick mix and stir until well combined.
  • Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and grease if needed. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter onto the heated surface. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, edges dry out, and the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Enjoy by serving warm with luscious butter and rich maple syrup drizzled on top.
