Delicious vegan apple crisp with a crunchy walnut-oat topping, perfect for a quick and beloved fall dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 4 apples, sliced
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.5 cup reduced-fat margarine (such as Light Parkay®)
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Arrange the apple slices evenly in an 8-inch square pan.
  • Combine brown sugar, flour, margarine, oats, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle the topping over the apples.
