Indulgent vegan chocolate banana oatmeal with maple sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup cashew milk
  • 0.25 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 banana, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring cashew milk to a boil over medium-high heat. Add oats and simmer. Mix in cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon until fully incorporated. Sweeten with maple syrup. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
  • Place a generous portion of oatmeal in a bowl and gracefully adorn it with slices of fresh banana.
