Vegetable fried rice

Transform leftover rice into flavorful fried rice.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 250.00 ml chunky frozen vegetables (see note)
  • 400.00 gm cooked jasmine rice
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sauté onion and vegetables until onion has softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in 2 tablespoons of cold water and continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are just tender. Stir in rice and soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until everything is heated through.
