Quick and delicious Chinese stir-fried veggies with oyster sauce and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 0.5 head cabbage, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, sauté broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and garlic in oil until tender-crisp, for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle the vegetable with oyster sauce and toss to coat after removing the pan from heat.
