Delicious venison burgers with bacon bits for juicy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices bacon, minced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 2 pounds ground venison
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg, beaten to mix
  • 6 hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crunchy.
  • Transfer the crispy bacon along with its flavorful grease into a heatproof bowl, then let it cool to room temperature.
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic, cooking and stirring until softened, approximately 3 minutes.
  • Combine with crispy, flavorful bacon.
  • Combine venison with the cooled bacon mixture. Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix in the egg until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready to sizzle at medium-high heat.
  • Form the venison mixture into 6 savory patties.
  • Cook until it reaches your preferred level of doneness. Enjoy on toasted burger buns with toppings of your choice.
