Vietnamese Shaking Beef Salad recipe

Try this refreshing Vietnamese salad for a quick and tasty weeknight meal!
Ingredients:
  • 300g beef (chuck, porterhouse or fillet steak), cut into 2cm pieces
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 40.00 ml Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
  • 12.20 gm fish sauce
  • 24.40 gm oyster sauce
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 150g cherry tomatoes, halved crossways
  • 1 French shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, halved crossways
Instructions:
  • Combine beef pepper, garlic, ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis, fish sauce, and oyster sauce in a large bowl. Marinate covered for 1 hour.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef by stir-frying and shaking the pan occasionally for 3-5 mins until golden brown and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Drizzle fresh lime juice over the beef. Garnish with watercress, tomato, and shallot before serving.
