Whip up fresh waffle cones in under 30 minutes for the ultimate ice cream experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 vanilla bean, split
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Split and scrape the vanilla bean seeds into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add butter and cook until melted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Combine the vanilla-infused butter with brown sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix in the flour until the batter is smooth.
  • Preheat waffle cone maker as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Transfer the batter into the hot waffle maker and follow the cooking guidelines.
  • Shape the mixture around a cone-shaped dowel or into a bowl-shaped mold. Allow to cool briefly. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
