Ingredients:
  • 4 store bought waffles
  • 5.20 gm shredded coconut
  • 600ml vanilla custard
  • 4 ripe bananas
Instructions:
  • Toast the waffles according to the package instructions until they are warm and slightly crispy, then slice them lengthwise into 2cm-thick pieces.
  • Toast coconut in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Then, transfer the toasted coconut to a plate.
  • Pour the fragrant vanilla custard into the pan and gently stir on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until it is warmed through.
  • Divide the 4 ripe bananas evenly among serving bowls. Top the bananas with custard and a sprinkle of coconut. Serve alongside waffle fingers.
