Indulge in warm waffles stuffed with chocolate ice cream and topped with luscious white chocolate sauce for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 80g (1/2 cup) white chocolate melts
  • 40.00 gm warm water
  • 4 frozen waffles
  • 8 scoops (about 50g each) 98% fat-free chocolate ice-cream
Instructions:
  • 1. Place chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and mix in warm water until smooth.
  • Toast the waffles according to packet directions, then plate them. Add 2 scoops of chocolate ice-cream on each waffle, and finish with a drizzle of white chocolate sauce.
