Easy vegetarian walnut date balls, no added sugar, perfect for snacking anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend walnuts, dates, coconut, sesame oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract until mixture comes together. Shape mixture into bite-size balls and chill in the refrigerator until firm, for about 1 hour.
