Ingredients:
  • 80 g shelled walnuts
  • 40 g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml red wine vinegar
  • 110 ml olive oil
  • sumac
Instructions:
  • Blend walnuts in a food processor until they form a paste. Add breadcrumbs, garlic, red wine vinegar, 3 to 5 tablespoons of cold water, and process until combined. Gradually stream in olive oil until smooth. Season, transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle with sumac before serving.
