Walnut udon noodles with bok choy

Crunchy walnut elevates simple pasta dish.
Ingredients:
  • 35g (1/3 cup) walnut halves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 x 440g pkt udon noodles
  • 2 bunches baby bok choy, ends trimmed
  • 10.60 gm soy sauce
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • In a small non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, toast the walnuts by stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  • Steam the noodles and bok choy until heated through. Drain, then return to the pan. Add walnuts, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
