Ingredients:
  • 750ml bottle sparkling apple cider
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • 125.00 ml brandy
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine cider, cinnamon, cloves, and golden syrup over high heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low for 5 minutes until fragrant. Add brandy, strain into heatproof glasses, and serve.
