Create irresistible mini tarts with Brie, pear, and thyme for a delightful sweet and savory appetizer that will wow your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 24 mini phyllo tart shells
  • 0.25 pound ripe Brie cheese, cut into 24 small chunks
  • 1 ripe pear, cut into small dice
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and elegantly line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  • Place tart shells neatly on the baking sheet. Place a portion of creamy Brie into each shell. Top each shell with diced pear, fresh thyme leaves, and a generous drizzle of honey.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is gooey and the tarts are golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
