Impress kids at parties with flavorful sticky pork ribs.
Ingredients:
  • 70.63 gm barbecue sauce
  • 65.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 11.80 gm dijon mustard
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2kg Aussie-style pork ribs (see note)
Instructions:
  • Mix barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, sugar, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Put ribs in a large glass or ceramic dish and pour the sauce over them. Make sure the ribs are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
  • Start by preheating the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Next, place the ribs in a greased baking dish, saving any extra marinade. Bake for 1 hour, making sure to baste the ribs with the saved marinade halfway through cooking. The ribs should be beautifully glazed and fully cooked when done.
  • Cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces and present beautifully.
