Marinate ribeye steaks in whiskey, onions, and garlic overnight, then grill to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup water
  • 0.5 cup whiskey
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 (8 ounce) rib-eye steaks
Instructions:
  • Combine the water, whiskey, pineapple juice, brown sugar, diced onion, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, and minced garlic in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Place the steaks in a baking dish and generously coat them with the marinade. Chill in the refrigerator overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Get your outdoor grill nice and hot, then give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Grill steaks until medium-rare, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Let the steaks rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
