Indulgent bread pudding with luscious white chocolate drizzle, a sublime finale to any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, add French bread and pour heavy cream over it to soak. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract by hand. Then, add white chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Bake until golden and bubbling, about 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • As the bread pudding bakes, whip up the sauce. Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until smooth. Finally, generously drizzle the luscious sauce over each portion.
