  • 505.00 gm thickened cream
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 20.00 gm boiling water

  • 65.63 gm orange juice
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate with cream, sugar and vanilla over low heat until smooth.
  • Pour boiling water into a small bowl, sprinkle over gelatine, and stir until dissolved. Mix into chocolate mixture until smooth. Enjoy the velvety result!
  • Transfer the mixture into a jug, then evenly distribute it between 6 espresso glasses or 1/2-cup tea cups. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until firm.
  • In a medium saucepan, simmer the ingredients covered for 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns syrupy and the strawberries soften. Chill the stewed strawberries before serving a spoonful over each panna cotta.
