Gourmet mac and cheese with a blend of rich cheeses for an extra cheesy indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Boil a pot of lightly salted water, then cook macaroni for 6 to 8 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  • Combine the mozzarella, Swiss, Parmesan, and Provolone cheeses in a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup for topping. In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream. Season with parsley, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
  • Gently combine the ricotta cheese mixture and drained macaroni with the cheeses in the bowl, ensuring not to overmix for a rustic look. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and melted, around 10 minutes, then switch to broil for an additional 5 minutes to golden brown the top.
