Sweet zucchini bread with crunchy walnuts and juicy apples - a delightful treat!
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups peeled, chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped, peeled apple
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease 2 loaf pans measuring 9x5 inches each.
  • In a spacious bowl, mix together eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla until thoroughly combined. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Gently fold in walnuts, zucchini, and apple. Transfer the batter into the pans and bake.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the top springs back when lightly touched in the center. Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
