Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.12 ounce) package Pace® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1.5 cups uncooked instant white rice
  • Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Brown beef with taco seasoning in a skillet, then carefully drain excess fat.
  • Combine condensed soup, water, and rice in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until rice is tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with salsa, Cheddar cheese, and crisp lettuce, then enjoy with tortilla chips for dipping.
