Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (from 17.3-oz package), thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine chicken, frozen vegetables, and Alfredo sauce until evenly mixed. Transfer mixture into the baking dish.
  • Lay the pastry sheet over the chicken mixture or cut out shapes with a cookie cutter before placing them on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake until the pastry turns a beautiful golden brown, usually in about 20 to 25 minutes.
