Creamy mustard sauce drizzled over quick and tasty chicken and veggies meal ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole potatoes, drained, halved lengthwise
  • 2 medium red bell peppers, cut into strips (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cups frozen baby sweet peas
Instructions:
  • Combine whipped cream, mustard, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and chicken, stirring frequently, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add bell peppers and peas to the mixture. Turn up the heat to high and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  • Add the mustard mixture and stir constantly for 1 minute while cooking.
