"Air fryer makes easy, mess-free hard boiled eggs. Elevate deviled eggs with a dash of Asian flair."
Ingredients:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1.5 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Arrange the eggs on the air fryer rack or trivet, ensuring there is ample space for airflow. Preheat the air fryer to 260 degrees F (125 degrees C) and cook the eggs for 15 minutes. Close the air fryer lid.
  • Transfer the eggs from the air fryer to a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes. Peel the chilled eggs and slice them in half.
  • Gently transfer the yolks to a mini food processor and blend with mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, Dijon mustard, ginger root, and rice vinegar until smooth and creamy.
  • Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves until they are generously filled; alternatively, use a spoon for this step. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion for garnish.
