Air-fried bang-bang chicken: Crunchy tenders coated in Panko breadcrumbs, drizzled with a tasty, fiery-sweet sauce of mayo, sweet chili, and Sriracha.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup flour
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl, whisking until the sauce is thoroughly mixed. Set aside 3/4 cup of the sauce.
  • Place flour and chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake to coat chicken. Transfer coated chicken to sauce in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • Put panko bread crumbs in a separate large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken pieces in batches, seal the bag, and shake well to coat them evenly.
  • Heat up your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are evenly spaced for optimal cooking.
  • Cook the chicken in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  • Transfer the crispy fried chicken to a spacious bowl and drizzle the reserved sauce on top. Sprinkle with fresh green onions and gently mix until evenly coated. Serve while hot.
