Whip up delicious air fryer breakfast sandwiches with frozen sausage, eggs, and ooey-gooey American cheese. Skip the drive-thru and enjoy a homemade morning treat!
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 large egg
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (1.2 oz) patty fully cooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 medium English muffin, split
  • 1 slice American cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Create a mold by placing a Mason jar lid upside down in the center of a 5-inch square aluminum foil, then folding the foil around it. Spray the foil with nonstick spray and crack the egg into the center of the lid. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the frozen sausage patty and egg mold side by side in the air fryer basket. Air-fry for 4 minutes. Flip the sausage patty over, then place English muffin halves in the basket. Continue cooking for 4 more minutes.
  • Lay down one English muffin half on a sheet of parchment paper. Layer with cheese, sausage patty, and egg. Top with the other English muffin half. Wrap it up and enjoy on the go.
