Crispy air-fried chicken topped with melted Parmesan, served with marinara dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • cooking spray
  • 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss in chicken cubes until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Coat the chicken mixture with flour, stirring until all liquid is absorbed.
  • Add the chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Flip with tongs, spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray, and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  • Generously top the chicken with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Continue cooking until the cheese begins to melt, approximately 2 more minutes. Serve promptly for the best flavors.
