"Air fryer chicken fajitas: Juicy chicken, crispy veggies."
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced into petals
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound chicken tenders, cut into strips
  • 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
  • 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss bell peppers and onion with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the chicken to a bowl, season with fajita seasoning, drizzle with remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil, and mix thoroughly using your hands until well coated.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, remembering to shake halfway through. Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate to rest.
  • Transfer the vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 14 minutes, remembering to shake it halfway through.
  • Spread the flavorful chicken and vegetable mixture evenly onto the tortillas.
