Air fryer crab Rangoon: Crispy wonton puffs filled with creamy cream cheese and tender crab meat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 serving nonstick cooking spray
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Asian sweet chili sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, scallions, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Set aside the filling.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C), grease the basket with cooking spray, and fill a small bowl with warm water.
  • Lay out 12 wonton wrappers. Add 1 teaspoon of filling to the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrappers with a wet fingertip. Fold and pinch the corners together to create dumplings.
  • Arrange the dumplings in the basket and give them a light mist of cooking spray on top.
  • Air fry the dumplings until they reach your preferred crispiness, which should take about 8 to 10 minutes. Then, place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  • As the initial batch cooks, form dumplings using the leftover wonton wrappers and filling.
  • Present the dumplings alongside a delectable sweet chili sauce for dipping.
